- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.
- Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
- Products purchased within a "Bundle" cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.
- Any items sent back that do not meet all above criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
- Returns will be honored with a store credit. Exchanges, are subject to availability. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you contact us at email@example.com.
If you wish to return a purchase, we can provide you with a shipping label via our Returns Center (US orders only). The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your credit amount. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SHIPPING
To begin your return, please provide within the body of your email your order number and email used during checkout.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be provided to you.
For returns, customer will receive a store credit equal to the value of the purchase price of the returned items.
- Returns will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
- All returns are subject to a $6.95 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your store credit amount.
- International orders are responsible for their own shipping (we cannot send international labels), and incur a $9.95 processing & handling fee which will be deducted from your store credit amount.
- Store Credit can only be used online at www.jadesix.com.
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit expires within 1 year of being provided to the customer.
- Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
